Beautiful and large ceremonial portrait attributed to GIOVANNI MARIA DELLE PIANE dit IL MULINARETTO Genoa 1660 - Monticelli d'Ongina 1745 Portrait of woman of Italian nobility in Cleopatra in a red coat with ermine lapel She is wearing a large dress embroidered with scrolls with gold threads trimmed with a frieze of lace at its neckline and at the ends of the sleeves. A tiara decorated with pearls adorns her hair. On the table is placed the pearl necklace with red thread from which she has detached the large pear-shaped pearl which she holds in her right hand and is about to plunge into the vermeil bowl filled with vinegar.
