It is supported on each side by 1 diamond also modern cut for about 0.08 carats (0.08x2) also presumed H. Between and on the tray we have stones "Synthetic rubies" of 1 square shape the number of 6. Note 1 very slight scratch on 1 synthetic stone, imperceptible to the naked eye. Total weight of the Diamonds: 0.34 carats The setting is 1 set with claws in good condition.
