Bouquet Of Fruits Trompe-l'oeil XIX
Superb bouquet of trompe l'oeil fruits. The large fruits are in papier mache, the smallest are in painted glass. The leaves are in painted fabric and the branches in wire wrapped in paper. The basket is woven wicker with 2 leaves and a carved wooden fruit reported on the front. The assembly is screwed onto the base. It is a very beautiful trompe-l'oeil in a superb original condition. The globe does not seem to be original and does not quite fit into the groove of the blackened wooden base. Very beautiful decorative curiosity Total height 39 cm, width 29 cm
