Art Deco Paris brooch 1926 silver bronze sculptor P.TURIN (1891-1968). Brooch "The flower carrier" (roses), octagonal, in silvered bronze manufactured by the medalist sculptor Pierre TURIN (1891-1968) 1st grand prize of Rome in medal engraving in 1920 which exhibited his work at the Salon des Artistes in 1911,1927,1937. He made the medal of the international exhibition of modern decorative and industrial arts Paris 1925. He is known in particular for having been chosen in 1928 by the Monnaie de Paris to create the 10F and 20F coin "the TURIN type" used until 'in 1950.
