Round tortoiseshell case, solid 18ct gold frame (in color) engraved with leaf motif, hallmarked cock head (small gold guarantee 1798-1809), adorned on the lid of a painted miniature representing a couple during a scene gallant in a farmhouse, vintage late eighteenth-early nineteenth centuries. This box is in good condition. Marked in several places (see photos), punches a little worn. A note: some accidents and splinters on the edges of the box, the miniature is a little damaged left side, wear time, look at the pictures.
