Automaton The Bone Spinner - Epoque XIX
Rare little bone automaton representing a spinner says: "Spinning Jenny". Woman in a hat sitting on a chair in front of a spinning wheel driven in its lower part by a notched wheel system manually driven by a crank, all supported by a turned foot. The system also turned the woman's head from right to left. It should be noted that this object has suffered accidents due to its fragility. Accidents at the hat and hand of the character and a lack and traces of glue on the wheel and training wheels. Work pontoon early nineteenth, about 1820.
