Pedestal 1900 Iron Cast Iron Tray In Scaglione
Superb and rare pedestal table 1900 with a base in cast iron and a scaglione tray (Marble Marble). The pedestal table rests on a tripod base strongly crafted and openwork decor scrolls, foliage shells and acanthus of great finesse. The whole is capped with a round tray decorated on its periphery with a frieze of leaves and flowers and in the center of a chessboard, all in marble marquetry (scaglione) in shades of ocher on a black background. Italian work early twentieth superb quality and in excellent condition.
