Tripod pedestal mahogany veneer and lacquered and gilded wood. Curved legs with claws and spacer plate in black marble embellished with eagle heads. Saint-Anne gray marble top encircled with a gilded bronze gallery. Decoration of stars in gilded bronze. Empire period, early nineteenth century. Very good state of consevation. Height: 72 cm X Diameter: 51 cm
