Crystal And Gold Salt Bottle, 19th Century
Drop shape bottle perfume. It has a rich mount cage yellow gold, 18 carats, hallmark eagle head. The latter is chiseled with garlands of flowers and arabesques forming six reserves of curved crystal. The cork at the same setting ends with foliated motifs in pink and yellow gold, surmounted by a fine pearl. It opens hinged on its peg internal cork stopper mounted in gold and hallmarked eagle head. French work around 1850 Height: 12 cm
