Very rare mechanical toy of Jules Lardennois cyclists circa 1890. It is a game including 4 cyclists composed of repoussé metal and lead. (The bikes are made of lead and the wheels, the bikers are in metal repoussé). The wheels are driven by chains as on a real bike and cyclists pedal. A central spring motor drives the assembly. The tires are rubber. The game is in good condition, the paintings still present. A lot of charm for this very old toy ..... Height of cyclists about 11 cm. Length of cyclists: 11.5 cm.
