Anthropormorphic Whistle And Cephalomorph Tshokwe
Representing a stylized character, only the head with a broad bilobed hairstyle and torso, customize the whistle. There are no legs or arms. Wood, beautiful patina slightly lustrous. Small crusts in different places, on the face maybe traces of castor oil. Angola, Tshokwe, attributed to the 1st half of the 20th century. Good state of conservation, otherwise a slight lack in the right ear. H_9.2 cm. L_3,5 cm. Old Belgian collection of the 20th century.
