"Louis XVI Period Table Console In Mahogany"
Trapezoidal shaped console table with curved sides, in mahogany and speckled mahogany veneer. It has one belt-like drawer and sits on four fluted slender legs joined together with a lower plate.
Ornamentation are in chased bronzed, such as the openwork gallery, rings, rosettes and "grattoirs" (litterally scrapers - ornaments on both side of the drawer).
Gray veined white marble trays.
Louis XVI period.
The bronze ornementation has been completely disassembled and cleaned by a professional restorer.
