Allegorical scene of love. The scene: A woman of high rank because of her earring gives a dog (symbol of loyalty) to her husband who gives him an arrow referring to that of Cupid. Thus promising one to another love and fidelity. Dimensions 290 HX 227 L Exceptional color fastness. Very good state. Some small and old restorations in the original blue stripe and two small ones in the inner field.
