Artist: Claude Victor Boeltz (1937 - )
A 1970s coffee table designed by Claude Victor Boeltz (1937– ) in gilded bronze and amethyst.
Together with the sculptor César, he developed a technique to give the bronze its very distinctive “cracked” mineral appearance.
The glass top is supported by four bronze legs, and the base features a large amethyst at its center.
In perfect condition.
We also have a seashell-shaped trinket dish that perfectly matches the table, sold separately.
