Eclectic Armchairs In Carved And Gilded Wood, Italy, Late 18th Century

A set of four late 18th-century Italian armchairs in the Eclectic style, crafted from carved and gilded wood. The top edges of the backrests are richly adorned with leaf-branch motifs and scrollwork, details that are repeated on the curved armrests, the seat band, and the legs, creating a harmonious style. The gilding has been refreshed with glitter, giving it a luminous and luxurious appearance. The backrests, armrest inserts, and seat are upholstered, ensuring comfort as well as elegance. These armchairs represent a refined example of Italian craftsmanship, ideal for settings that call for a historical and artistic touch.
