Large Rouen Earthenware Dish, 18th Century, Guillebaud
Artist: Guillebaud
Large Rouen earthenware dish, with a polychrome decoration featuring a double pagoda and a bird.
Unsigned, but given the richness of the decoration and the style, this dish is attributable to Guillebaud and was made around 1730–1740.
Dimensions: 40 cm x 28.5 cm.
Condition: some wear from friction along the rim with small areas where the glaze is missing, a few bubbles and firing cracks, no cracks (the dish rings clear).
