19th-century Majolica Bowl By Fajaluza

A beautiful and authentic Fajalauza ceramic lebrillo (large bowl/basin), originally from the Albaicín district of Granada (Spain). The piece is date 19th century and is a classic example of Andalusian artisanal ceramic craftsmanship with a Moorish influence.
The bowl is entirely hand-painted on its characteristic light-colored background, decorated with a floral motif featuring a central star and a dynamic radial pattern of undulating brushstrokes. The colors are the typical and most sought-after hues of this tradition: cobalt blue and copper green.
Perfect as a collector’s item or a decorative piece for historic homes, country houses, or spaces with an eclectic, Mediterranean design.
