Rectangular plate with cut edges, 7 cm high, 6.4 cm wide, made of brass and embossed with the coat of arms of the City of Paris, surmounting three decorations: the Order of the Legion of Honor (1909), the 1914 War Cross (1919), and the Cross of Liberation (1945), with a ribbon bearing the inscription “SAPEURS POMPIERS.” Complete with its hook and trigger guard. Brown leather belt. The buckle and belt share not the same serial number.
