Irena Jaworska (1926–2021) was a Polish-born artist and jewelry designer who settled in Paris in the 1960s. A student of Line Vautrin, she was trained in the talosel technique, which became emblematic of her work. She created jewelry, boxes, and decorative objects, as well as mirrors, including her famous sun-shaped mirrors with radiant forms. Her work, which follows in the tradition of postwar designers, is distinguished by refined craftsmanship and an aesthetic that is both sculptural and poetic. She received an award at the Bijorhca fair in 1980.
