Pair Of Silk Curtains – 19th Century – Deep Pink
A very beautiful pair of 19th-century silk curtains, in a magnificent shade of deep pink, somewhere between raspberry and cherry red, which appears particularly luminous depending on the light.
The high-quality silk, with its soft and elegant drape, offers beautiful sheen that highlights the depth of the color. The wide panels are understated, allowing the beauty and brilliance of the fabric to take center stage.
The curtains were lined in red, a lining that was recently replaced, allowing for better preservation of the silk while strengthening the panels’ structure.
They are fitted at the top with a gathering tape, allowing for easy installation on a curtain rod.
A particularly decorative pair, ideal for dressing large windows or a door, or for creating an elegant focal point in a classic, antique, or contemporary interior.
