Mahogany Chest Of Drawers, Louis-philippe Style – Late 19th Century
A late 19th-century Louis-Philippe chest of drawers, crafted from solid mahogany and mahogany veneer. Its Sainte-Anne marble top, with delicately rounded front corners, adds a touch of refinement to the piece.
This piece features five ingeniously arranged drawers. The molding conceals a first drawer, while three large central drawers, highlighted by a molded frame, give the front a simple, structured look. Their mahogany veneer, with its pronounced grain, highlights the quality of the wood. Each drawer is equipped with functional locks and keys. A final drawer, cleverly integrated into the baseboard, completes the storage solutions.
The piece exudes a sense of balance and simplicity, enhanced by the deep, warm tones of the mahogany.
