Oval-shaped lidded box made of Chinese porcelain, decorated with polychrome enamels of the “Famille Rose” style, also known as Canton ware
From the Qing Dynasty, second half of the 19th century
The box features court scenes depicting figures in rich traditional costumes.
Decorated with flowering branches, birds, and butterflies.
No chips, but slight signs of wear on the gilding of the rim and handle.
