A polychrome carved oak statue from the 18th century depicting Saint Dominic, dressed in a loose-fitting monastic habit. The figure has a monastic tonsure andholds a closed book in his right hand, while in his left hand there may once have been a white lily or another object. The habit consists of a long pleated robe topped by a wide garment covering the shoulders, now predominantly gray-beige, with gilded highlights and remnants of polychrome paint.
