A beautiful pair of stools made of solid walnut, with a comfortable oval shape and well-structured seats featuring solid crossbars.
High-quality seats originating from Venice, mid-18th century.
The legs are generously curved at the top, starting from the very top (base of the seat upholstery) and tapering down in a flowing line to the rounded, circular feet.
Stools upholstered with original fabric and braiding; although in good condition, they show slight signs of wear (with no holes).
The seat cushion does not rest on straps underneath but is supported for each stool by the original wooden board, which in no way compromises comfort. This is common practice.
