Decor featuring chimeras in high relief on each side, surrounding two scenes depicting summer and spring in the round
Scenes with cherubs on a sky-blue background, withon one side an allegory of spring featuring two children around a plant, and on the other, an allegory ofsummer with the two children picking bunches of grapes
These scenes are surrounded by a delicate leafy garland with cherubs
The neck is flared and accented by a ribboned frieze thatis also found around the base
Celadon-blue interior accented by a sky-blue band
In perfect overall condition
Incised mark on the bottom and an "H" painted in brush (decorator’s mark) circa 1840
