18th-century Pendant Mold
Artist: à Définir
A very beautiful 18th-century brass die—possibly even earlier! Used to apply seals to hot wax on letters. Three sides: a warrior on horseback holding a lance; a crowned dog; and a crowned coat of arms. Exquisitely crafted! In very good condition! A fairly rare model! Dimensions: 1.8 x 1.4 cm and 3 cm in height, including the hinged clasp. Weight: 18.67 grams. Visually, a truly beautiful curiosity!
