On one side, the alliance coat of arms of Pierre Guyon de Lavau (on the right in the photo) and that of his wife, a member of the Combettes family.
Two families of high-ranking magistrates of the Parliament of the City of Toulouse in the first half of the 18th century.
On the other side are the coat of arms of France.
The hallmarks are difficult to identify; initials are engraved on one side, and there are a few slight dents worth noting.
