A beautiful oil-on-canvas still life dating from the late 19th century, depicting several bunches of black grapes arranged in an elegant white ceramic basket, placed on a table covered with a white tablecloth.

The composition is distinguished by the contrast between the grape clusters with their purplish tones, the green foliage, and the luminous whiteness of the basket and tablecloth. The dark background effectively highlights the fruit and creates an intimate atmosphere typical of still-life painting from this period.
