Yombé-style NKISI KONGO statue

Legs outstretched, torso rigid, arms folded across the lower abdomen
This sculpture is made of hardwood with a slightly chipped patina from use, shiny and crusty in places
Magical charms on the feet and navel
The figure is holding its erect penis
A fiber necklace surrounds the neck, with a bell hanging from it
A dense, hardwood, weathered; a handcrafted nail driven into the shoulder, an iron blade embedded in the torso, and two others embedded in the feet. Apparently there must have been three or four additional nails; holes are visible
A magical charge on the stomach, one on each foot, additional charges on each shoulder, and one on the back.
The headdress bears remnants of feathers
eyes inlaid with gold and held in place by two nails, well-defined eyebrows and lips, and a slightly parted mouth with visible teeth
