19th-century Bronze Coat Of Arms Of The House Of Savoy, Umberto I

A bronze plaque depicting the coat of arms of the House of Savoy during the reign of Umberto I, as evidenced by the two lions flanking the shield, which bears the quartered symbols of the Kingdom of Sardinia and the Republic of Genoa. Surrounding it is the Collar of the Annunciation with the motto “FERT.”
Above it all is a crown, also in bronze, resting on the coat of arms.

It is likely that this was a decoration for a carriage or even a railcar.
