Rare silver-plated metal barber's bowl.
Baluster-shaped, the side handle features a beautiful, generously fluted scroll design typical of the Louis XIV period.
This piece has certainly been re-silvered, and a corresponding hallmark can be seen on the base.
In excellent condition.
