Here is a beautiful late 19th-century gilded bronze frame in the Directoire style, in what is known as an “album” format. It features a knurled molding with polished edges, a serpentine colonnade running in the center, and a design of stylized palmettes at the top. It can be placed on a surface or hung on the wall and comes with its protective glass.
