A magnificent and imposing oil-on-canvas painting from the late 19th century, dated 1885 and signed “R. Vincent” in the lower left corner.

This work depicts a man in traditional attire (in the style of a troubadour, minstrel, or Spanish/Portuguese musician) holding a stringed instrument (mandolin or guitarrón) and wearing a bicorne or traditional hat adorned with a spoon. In excellent condition, beautiful size.
