Tahan Liquor Cabinet In Paris
Napoleon III-era liqueur cabinet with marquetry by the Tahan firm in Paris. This cabinet features a marquetry count’s crown and the owner’s initials on the cartouche. It has been fully restored with a buffed varnish and includes its original Baccarat glassware (the decanters bear the small Baccarat stamp). It is signed by Tahan, 34 Rue de la Paix, Paris. The two glasses are very slightly different.
