Box, Zafimaniry People?, Madagascar
A cylindrical box made from a piece of bamboo covered in leather. The base is adorned with upholstery tacks, while the top is embellished with a horn inlay. The finely carved wooden lid is also adorned with an upholstery nail in its center. Note two small chips on the lid.
