Elegant oval extendable dining table made of high-quality solid English mahogany, crafted in England during the late Victorian period. The oval tabletop features contoured, slightly domed edges, with a beautiful, warm, deep patina typical of mahogany that is over 130 years old.

The frame rests on four turned, reeded columns, ending in decorative spherical feet that are sturdy and well-proportioned. The original crank-operated extension mechanism (with a turned wooden crank) is in perfect working order and allows for the insertion of one or more extension leaves, transforming the table from a compact size for everyday use into a spacious dining table seating 8–10 guests.
