Second Half Of The 18th Century Neoclassical Mirror With Sphinx
Refined carved wooden mirror, finely gilded with pure
gold leaf. The mirror features the original mirror and is decorated with
architectural motifs and plant motifs. The cymatium also features floral
garlands, while in the center, within an oval with a blue painted background,
is a sphinx. The cymatium ends with a small amphora. This mirror exudes great
taste and refinement, adding a touch of class and antiquity to any space.
Tuscan manufacture from the Neoclassical-Louis XVI period, second half of the 18th
century.
