Nickel-plated steel blade, marked on one side with the motto ‘Alles für Deutschland’ (All for Germany) in Gothic script; and ‘RZM’, ‘M 7/66 1940’.
Curved nickel-plated steel guard.
Wooden tang featuring an inlaid nickel-plated aluminium national eagle and the NSKK insignia; handwritten inscriptions.
Curved nickel-plated steel pommel.
Steel scabbard.
Nickel-plated steel ferrule and tip.
Leather loop with buckle and snap hook.
