17th-century Hispano-moorish Ceramic Bowl
This charming Hispano-Moorish ceramic bowl from the17th century features a metallic-hued design; the center is adorned with abird in flight surrounded by plant motifs, while the rim is decorated withgroups of dots in a beautiful shade of coppery lustre. There aretraces of scratches as well as some slight wear from rubbing. The piecealso bears an old repair made with staples (see photos), althoughthis is almost invisible when viewed from the front.
