US Army cavalry canteen, circular in shape and made of aluminium, covered in brown canvas, marked ‘U.S. B 13’ and ‘R.I.A. 1903’ for Roc Island Arsenal.
Cork stopper with a loop.
Leather handle with a brass snap hook.
Model used during the Spanish-American War, 1898–1902.
Very good condition.
