An impressive 18th-century Dutch oak bookcase-secretary, featuring an elegant scalloped pediment topped with a carved motif, above a display cabinet. The upper section features glass doors and shelves, making it ideal for displaying books, porcelain, or collectibles.

The lower section consists of a drop-front secretary—whose interior features small drawers and compartments—surmounting three drawers of decreasing size and two side cupboards. The piece rests on carved legs shaped like animal paws and has retained its original brass handles and hardware.

Crafted from solid oak, this bookcase-secretary combines practical storage space with the refined proportions and craftsmanship characteristic of 18th-century Dutch furniture from Friesland.
