This bi-coloured gold demi-parure belongs to Bulgari's architectural Piramide line, in which a sugarloaf cabochon rises from a faceted gold dome. The pair of ear clips and the matching ring each centre on a blue topaz cut en sugarloaf, its cushion-shaped pyramid catching light against alternating panels of polished yellow and white gold. The construction is characteristically Bulgari: bold volume, clean facets, a sculptural silhouette worn close to the skin. Both pieces are signed Bvlgari and struck with the maker's marks. A confident, eminently wearable set for the collector of Italian design.
