Overall length: 110 – Barrel length: 60 cm (24’’) – Cal. 38 W.C.F.

Rifled barrel; with front sight and adjustable rear sight; marked on the top: WINCHESTER'S-REPEATING ARMS NEW HAVEN CT KING'S IMPROVEMENT PATENTED 20 MARCH 1866 OCTOBER 16 1860. And the caliber designation 38 W.C.F.
Steel bolt housing, silver-plated, engraved with scrolls on both sides; bolt tail marked MODEL 1873 – WINCHESTER – TRADE MARK engraved on the lever lock at 584255B.
All silver-plated and engraved fittings, guilloché screws; butt plate equipped with a sliding cover.
Stock made of select walnut, finely checkered and varnished. The stock features a blackened wooden cartouche on the left side, to which a Marshal badge is affixed.

In superb condition, this piece was a special order.
