Antique Italian painting from the first half of the 19th century. Oil on panel artwork depicting a bucolic landscape, a young shepherdess with cows, with good pictorial quality. A beautifully sized and proportioned painting adorned with a carved and gilded wood and plaster frame, with attractive decoration. The corners of the frame feature embossed floral decorations with several small losses (see photo). A nearly square painting, beautifully sized and proportioned, for antique dealers and collectors. The panel has a beautiful patina and is in good condition, the frame shows some signs of aging. Internal dimensions: H 38 x W 39.5 cm.
