Important Group of Patinated Terracotta Putti Depicting Two Winged Cherubs, One Carrying a Quiver, the other a wreath of flowers, resting on an oval base adorned with floral garlands and drapery.
Based on a model by Carrier Belleuse, finely executed, particularly in the facial features, their curly hair, and their wings. The piece features an ochre patina. The quiver is Cupid’s emblematic attribute. Very fine quality of sculpture.
