Founded in the 1880s and located at 18 rue Royale in Paris, Delvaux was a prestigious retailer specializing in tableware and decorative objects made of glass, crystal, porcelain, and earthenware from renowned houses such as Baccarat, Haviland, Sèvres, and others. In the 1920s and 1930s, a decorative arts workshop was established within the store, and Delvaux began producing vases of its own design. The business remained in operation until the 1970s.
