The Eight Immortals, Chinese Porcelain
A white glazed porcelain group depicting the Taoist legend of the Eight Immortals aboard a vessel steered by the immortal Magu using a lotus flower. She leads her companions toward the Island of the Immortals, each holding their respective attributes: a flute, a fan, a cane, provisions, etc.
This early 20th-century piece originates from Fujian and the Dehua porcelain workshops. Condition: a few minor chips.
