Large bamboo quiver covered with leather sewn along its length and featuring a braided strap; the cap is removable and reveals thirty arrows; the arrowheads are wrought iron; the bamboo shafts all have their notches. Two additional shafts without their tips are included in the lot. West Africa, Gabon or Congo.
Period: early 20th century.
Condition: As found; in good overall condition; well-forged arrows; uncleaned; minor wear on the leather; the arrowheads are rusted on the surface (see photos).
