An extremely rare set of three nesting tables by Marcel Breuer; each bears the Thonet edition mark from around 1930.
Chrome-plated tubes (showing wear, chips, and corrosion on the chrome); two of the tabletops are finished in gray lacquer and the third in black. Stains, cracks, and scratches on the lacquer. These tables are in their original condition, untouched since that era. The tabletops are secured with original screw-on brackets.
