17th-century Cantor's Stool
Choir stool made of oak and cherry wood.
It rests on a base that flares slightly toward the bottom, with beveled sides connected by crossbars (the small knobs, which were originally present, are now completely worn away).
The seat has a slight curve at the front.
Provincial craftsmanship from the 17th century.
Ideal for displaying a statue or, of course, as a stool.
Beautiful waxed patina.
